Introduction
The following exercise scenario is based on the “Futures
Frequency” methodology developed by the Finnish think-tank SITRA
(Finnish Innovation Fund)1, which employs it in order to establish
possible future scenarios with the help of experts in the field. It was
played during the Workshop, Fractured Digital Futures: AI in Service or
Against Democracies? (September 2, 2021, Bucharest, Romania) within
the Security in the Black Sea Region: Shared Challenges, Sustainable
Future Program.
