Context

In an era of total digital dependency, the total collapse of our
communication infrastructure is a catastrophic scenario that demands
proactive planning. This paper presents the critical insights, operational
breakthroughs, and strategic failures uncovered during a table top role-
playing simulation that tested community resilience under a total grid
collapse. By asking participants to navigate the immediate loss of cellular
networks, internet, and power, the simulation aim to evaluate the
viability of low-tech relays, emergency radio infrastructure, and
analogue courier systems under intense time and resource pressure.
