Abstract:
We aim to analyze a space relevant from a geopolitical, geostrategic and geo-
economic point of view, where important global actors, in terms of social and security
issues, are even in partnership or in competition. Many relevant actors of international
system militate for the establishment of a stability climate and a joint agenda for solving
any potential issue that may occur. Such an example is the joint action against social and
security risks, generated by the uncontrolled movements of Afghans in the region.
